Vehicle remapping. Vehicle Remaps and deletes are performed with vigorously tested software on a rolling road with matching make, model, engine and ECU as the vehicle the software is being installed on. Software itself is warranted. It is the Customers responsibility to be honest and ensure their vehicle is mechanically safe and in a correct state for the software modifications. Stage 1s are safe with all standard components trusting the vehicle is in a healthy state. Stage 2 and upwards require modification specific to each vehicle, this is the customers responsibility to unsure that any mechanical modifications needed are done to the correct specifications and a decent standard.

Auto locksmith work. Reach and breach, picking and vehicle access are performed at a fixed rate and on a honesty basis. The service i provide must not be used for illicit or illegal intentions to access a vehicle you do not own. i hold the rights to turn down a job if something seems astray in circumstances of the Job.

Supplying, cutting and programing of keys. When a key is supplied, cut and programmed i legally hold the rights to that key until the product/service is paid for. Once paid the Customer then holds the rights to that key for the vehicle. again as like the remapping i will run a diagnostic scan before i program a new key. it is the customers responsibility to ensure their car is in correct working order mechanically prior to keys be learned. If a vehicle fails to start due to a non immobiliser related issue then even a correctly programmed key will not start the vehicle. yet there will still be a charge for this. so please check the vehicle starts on the original key where applicable.

 

Valeting and detailing. Pictures will be taken before and after a vehicle is cleaned. safe chemicals and professional techniques are used to ensure the best results and no new damage is inflicted. some minor scratches can be polished or compounded out. However more serious damage will not "clean or buff out" this will require a body shop. I will set expectations once the vehicle is viewed in person. I guarantee things will look better but how much better depends on the service/package chosen and the state of the vehicle prior.

Payments and refunds - Payments must be paid in full upon completion of the Job - this can be done via Cash, Card or BACs - invoices can be sent for all work along with receipts on request. Refunds will be given only if a product is defective or a service hasn't been completed to the correct standard. Change of mind once service is complete or Customer operator error are not included in this policy.
